Yeah. I really didn't NEED it since I was rocking a Pharaoh and Witchburner but since it has the artwork from our backdrop on it I decided to get it off of him.t-rey wrote:Riff those rotten teeth outconky wrote:t-rey wrote:Fuck those teeth, he's gonna lose most of them anyway, right?conky wrote:You wanna know what the definition of hell is? This thing blasted those cavities.
And while we are pointing out the BAT radness, did you end up with Matt's custom too?

Re: The Doom Room: ILF Edition
Came to the conclusion that the SD Invader in my jagmaster needs to be replaced with a p90, as I've been playing my SG jr with a p90 in it and just love the tone low to medium output pickups give.
Also, yeah.....someone needs to post clips of the crown of horns.

I have one of the GFS Mean 90 Humbucker sized PUPs. If you want something and don't want to spend a bunch I'll throw it to you on the cheap (have Neck and Bridge).van_muddlestein wrote:Came to the conclusion that the SD Invader in my jagmaster needs to be replaced with a p90, as I've been playing my SG jr with a p90 in it and just love the tone low to medium output pickups give.

Re: The Doom Room: ILF Edition
I really like the Heshers with my buddy's LP but also wasn't sure if I'd want that hot of output. I ended up getting the Finger Burners and love them. To me they sound very similar to Dirty Heshers but a little less low mids and perhaps a hair cleaner (probably just because of a bit more upper mid precense). Anyways, I'm really digging this Finger Burners and I've never been much of a humbucker person. I usually always play moderately hot P90's.samzadgan wrote:On the subject of pickups...i think ive hit the end of the road with the dirty heshers...after those and the black winters ive worked out i like medium output pickups like PAFs and P90's....any suggestions? And who wants to buy my dirty hershers?

This is going to be in my single pickup jazzmaster...which has aluminium neck. The heshers are great at lower volume, but at high volume im really struggling to get a clean tone out of themchillerthanmost wrote:I really like the Heshers with my buddy's LP but also wasn't sure if I'd want that hot of output. So, doombros, let's talk loopers. I want something simple, easy to use, and relatively cheap to just loop riffs and fuck around over them. I was leaning toward the Jamman Express because it has stereo outputs, any experience with them? Other contenders are the Ditto, EHX 360 thing, and whatever Boss looper is in that price range. Or would something like a Headrush do as good as those for less cash?

Big fan of my Ditto X2... Dead easy to use, sounds great, stereo, and the second footswitch (for half-speed, reverse, or stop) is super useful. Plus, the size is such that I don't feel like it's gonna flip over when I bring my size ten Chuck Taylor down on it...
