I read somewhere a tremolo pedal might be in development next.

I'm very interested in the Warped Vinyl but I'd like to know a few things though:
How does it sound with distortion and fuzz (before it as well as behind it)?

Tough because I'm horrible biased. I think it's incredible. It's really interesting when you modulate the mix knob with a something generating a lot of high frequency content in front of it (i.e. fuzz) because the wet, "warped vinyl" side is relatively low fidelity compared to the crisp, transparent dry side... So, you get this really interesting filter modulation with the vibrato sneaking in. I've never heard anything like it before.

Can it do a Boss CE-1 style vibrato?

Yes, you should be able to dial this in... with a symmetrical sine wave (warp in middle) and depth to taste. The filtering is different though, so different tone.

Will the Warped Vinyl work properly with the Goatkeeper 3 LFO out in the exp input?

I'd never seen this before! Very cool pedal. Yes, it should work perfectly with this.

What about the international shipping deal, how does it work, if the total shipping price is $55,- I'd pay $27,50, is that right?

There's some sounds I'm after and I didn't really hear them in your video's just yet.
One of them is a very shallow and slow moving chorus just giving a metallic edge to a distorted sound, the other one is a doubling sound that makes a synthlike fuzz sound even more like a synth (slightly detuned oscillators) and the other one is a CE-1 vibrato type sound, most vibrato pedals sound a bit too seasick to me (too much depth, too high delay clock speed) and because you're running the depth on the Warped Vinyl quite high in your video's when you have the mix full up to get that true pitch vibrato sound I can't really tell whether it's going to work for me, I'm very interested though.

The Goatkeeper is amazing, it's my favourite tremolo pedal by far, the steps and wave shapes are supercool.

Hi Joel, buyer # 36 here. I just thought I would throw this out there.....The Goatkeeper Tremolo is no longer in production to my knowledge. Everyone seems to love it. You yourself said it looks cool. Since you are looking to do a tremolo, perhaps you could incorporate some of the ideas that make the Goatkeeper so special with some of your own awesome ideas and come up with a tremolo to end all tremolos. You can call it GoatChaser or something like that (just kidding about that last part).

Seriously though, I would love to see something in that realm from you. You would be my new personal hero. I think a bunch of folks here would buy it.

Yep, you are right. I was talking about that because you were asking about fuzz/dirt and I remember thinking that was fun thing to do with other pedals.

Your two cents are worth a dollar Being realistic though, my tremolo will be really similar to Warped Vinyl in functionality... the modushape engine will be the same, giving you that some crazy control over wave shape. The only "curveball" i'm thinking of throwing in right now is have a nice drive knob... meaning they'll be an overdrive component if people want it. It could be a nice thing with presets too.... for example, you could set the depth to nothing on one saved preset and just use it as an overdrive pedal most of the time... but can also double as your tremolo pedal. And it'll be the same footprint as Warped Vinyl. Nice and small and not hogging your board.

After I saw your wave shaping on this I missed my zvex sonar. It had knobs instead of switches for the shape and you can change the duration of the wave. It's great. If you do it, it'll be great.

That's a much better idea than overdrive, I think.... especially because you will, of course, be able to modulate that knob... modulating a drive would just sound like tremolo but modulating a tone control would be like a modulating filter... which would be really interesting happening at the same time as the tremolo effect. I'll just have to make sure I use a tone circuit that's interesting, but not too wacky.

Really good idea. I'm going to have to give you a deal when the trem comes out.

So the knobs will be Ramp, Volume, Tone on the top.... then Rate, Depth, Shift on the bottom.
