One thing that occurs to me is we've been doing this long enough that we might get repeats of previous givers and recipients. For me, one of the fun things is getting to know someone I might not have previously paid attention to. How about you let me know who you've had before if you want to avoid repeats? I should be able to work with the list to prevent it.

I agree it's a great idea. This year seems to be in very capable hands (by which I don't mean to criticise previous organisers, all the years I've been involved have been fantastic ).

Yeah same. I'm not a christmasy person but ILFMAS is the shit Both in giving and receiving the 2 previous years were awesome and all of the organizers have been amazing.

That's gonna be a real tough one if you want to make sure not to pair up satans and victims again, but it would be really great to have the opportunity to bro out with new people

My job used to be scheduling student workers at a college library. Trying to manage 30 people with conflicting available schedules was a pain. This'll be easy.

Maybe we can just start a wishlist thread. Or, maybe wishlist is the wrong word. But at least a thread where we can talk about DOS and DON'TS. Like, "I have 35 tremolos, so maybe surpise me with something else", or "don't send alchohol because my state/country doesn't allow it" or "my significant other dies if they sense a non-transparent overdrive in their immediate proximity". That sort of thing. I think we did that last year...

Summer has been busy/exciting for me. Fall will be busy/exciting for me but I'll be spending more time on my laptop over the next few months which should make posting things a bit easier.

That said.

Secret Satan is always a blast so I'm definitely in again. Had a riot last year shopping for kbit and stalking. Had a blast the last few years on gifts, too. brian was dreamy last year -- and dude was totally stalking me on instagram and sent some treats in for the dog so my man had his stalking game on point.
