Somebody else asked me this, and I said $35 (which includes the cost of the pot and switch). Or maybe we could work out some kind of trade deal. I'm pretty flexible.

Working with SMD can be tricky. I have to use a magnifying glass to make sure I'm lifting the right IC pins. So while the mod itself isn't terribly difficult or time-consuming, it requires a very delicate touch with the iron. I wouldn't recommend it for a beginning DIYer.

That actually sounds totally reasonable to me. I gotta make sure that I don't need it on my live board for the next couple of weeks (waiting to hear on some gigs). Once I know for sure, I will definitely be sending you a PM!
