lol kipping (swinging) pull ups are my friend, although they kill my skin on my hands. I really do need to get a pull up bar for the house and institute a policy involving crossing the door way and doing 1 strict pull up to pass through each time.
Day 2 of the rope burn. Hurts fuckin worse.

Nice today that I could just buy a half-chicken from the UConn and eat that for lunch. Sore today 2 so I will take it easy and im loosing my 3rd
workout day this Saturday due to a wedding. Roll my back out today with the roller.
