I like Yamaha pedals. That Yamaha looks totally whipped. :whoa:

Somebody should offer The Mothership $22 for this:

Want one of these eventually. One of the awesome things about eurorack drums is finding the right distortions to use on each drum sound, and I have always loved having pedals with cab sim for home recording. Currently loving the one in the Digitech Grunge. As with all of those Digitech dirt pedals that have a separate "mixer" output, that is a fixed cab sim that stays active whether the pedal's dirt is on or off.
How are the digitech cab sims are they just a lpf or are they more real deal? My guitarist has a digitech overdrive and it sounds pretty nice though I haven't played with it much though it sounded good into my fx loop send so that has to be a good sign. It would be cool to have one for the cabsim if its viable for removing the awful harshness DI-distortion makes

Hah, I actually have one of these Korg 104ds (bought it for about the equivalent of $22 ages ago), I should try it with synths...

The KORG 104ds is actually a great sounding and versatile unit. I had one (demo at YouTube for those that are interested) for many years, but sold it on, because it has problems achieving unity gain. It is just not loud enough.

Out of the silver ToneWorks "compact" pedals the 301dl Dynamic Echo is still the best model with lots of cool sounds under its hood. I have two of these and they are a lot of fun. They do also come for cheap here and then.

Welp!!! I'm at it again with 'Best Offer' and offers on cheap pedals. I really want some horrible digital delays. I put an offer for a DFX90 for $50 (including shipping).
If this was a year ago I would be drowning but it seems people seem to think these 'classic' digital delays are worth something now?
All the three knob knock offs on Amazon for $50 and below sound too good.

I wouldn't have bought one for $50 when it was new, guitarist in my band at the time had one. It did delay things, but the buffers of period DOD stuff...yuck. Yuck. Yuck! And the background hiss was enormous.

That's what I like about them  I think I might have had a couple screws gone loose lately though.
Right now I'm looking at
-Boss PS-2 (SPECIFICALLY the PS-2 not the 3)
-DOD DFX9
-DOD DXF94

They've all gone way up since I was on this kick last year. The one pedal that is awesome and stayed the same in price is the Digidelay from Digitech (and that pedal rules).

PS-2 was my first pedal delay - not for the pitch shifter, but the 2 sec of delay, which at the time was glorious if not blisteringly expensive as I bought it when it came out.

The DOD stuff ..yuck.

The Digidelay was the first that got me looking at Digitech stuff again, they'd gotten their stuff together.

I paid full retail at launch for the big 2 pedal Jamman and Timebender and didn't regret either (and still have both)!

The Timebender is a beloved pedal for those that have it, it seems. That has a lot of street cred and they're still "expensive".
To give you context, I don't 'need' cheap things, I'm kind of just playing a sick game with myself where I don't even know the rules  in primitive digital delay acquisition.
