generally horrible sounding kit, out-of-tune pedal demos, people who can't play demonstrating gear they can't use, equipment being dropped or falling over, people getting shocks off things, etc.
in short, anything you find that you think might amuse fellow ilf members that you think fits under the thread heading.

I actually liked the Shatterbox video, though.
Yeah, British Pedal Company can suck my balls but that's what a Shatterbox is supposed to sound like - heavily gated, generally awful
they do have a rep for sounding bad-on-purpose but i think they may have overdone the awful, if it's possible to over-misbias.
as well as it sounding tangibly shit though, i also really like the way the reviewer doesn't have a demo idiom to go with a pedal that doesn't suit classic dreamy blues noodling. so he uses the dreamy blues noodling idiom anyway. and the more emphatic his dreamy blues faces become, the more prolapsey-worse the whole thing sounds. i like that mismatch between face and tone.

The more demos the better I think, whether perceived good, bad, or ugly. I personally like out of tune demos because I only tune my guitar once every few weeks. So that is a more realistic setup for me.
I heard Marc Bolan used a Shatterbox. Anyone know which song(s)?
