The flavor was kinda bland. I expected it to be a little more "chickpea" tasting.
I just added a little tomato paste and some oregano and crushed red pepper. So, nothing too special in the preparation.
Wasn't too bad actually, but next time I need to watch the cooking time more carefully. I like pasta al dente anyway, but some non-wheat pastas have a tendency to fall apart easily.
I also tried some of this recently:

I also bought another brand of chickpea-based pasta. So, I'm gonna try that once I'm done with this box of Banza.
