it seems theres a form you can fill out and submit to insta to get your account fixed. Appart from that, your best bet would be to pester them until you can get accesss again.
Worse comes to worse, set up a new insta.

i took my dad's account and made a stronger password literally his was @walterdeaguero so now i get my name but without the goofy cool ii at then end coz im the second not a jr
