I've been in such a fucking rut lately. I'm not sure what my deal is. I'm kind of in a place where I dislike a lot of people and things (I know right...). I feel blah all the time or tired and lethargic.

Yeah, that sounds like depression dude. Go get some assistance from a professional. It kinda sucks to do, but it's a huge help and depression can last if you aren't proactive at fighting it.

Dont forget it was a 'big job' election year, they're the worst.
Keep your nutrition game tight, sleep game tight, gear game tight.
The world is depressing, but you can still cherish the finer things in life. Try to enjoy yourself while you can, wherever you can.
Remember, things are not going to turn out as planned. Expect it, try to um...plan for it
Personally, I try to view the world for the absurd spectacle it is. Seems to help keep me from being too down for too long.
