So I've been eating a lot more yoghurt which hasn't done much for me in terms of ease. Actual has recommended coffee which I think is an awful idea but I'll give it a go. I just don't want be at that point in my life where I need stool softeners yet, I thought I had at least 8 more years before that kicked in.

Dude ditch the dairy for a while and get your probiotics from a pill...when you're having trouble dairy can really gum up the works. Pears and prunes help too, and drink a lot of water

Caffeine in general keeps me regular. I'm usually always hydrated too. I guess 'regulation' is not the issue rather 'consistency'?
