That's beautifully strange and playful! Glad Bakvendt could be a part of it!
That price is just ridiculous. Will anyone buy that? I don't understand

What's really insane is a buddy of mine really wants one and authorized me to offer $400 (which is ridiculous) and the settings for the listing rejected it outright. He must really think he's gonna' get $6-700. for it. Wow.

Are you accepting bribes for another batch yet?

Haha no. I'm too busy with FABRIKAT and other projects at the moment. Maybe in the summer/fall? Who knows.. I'll be sure to let you guys know if anything happens.

Just build and quietly flip one by one on Reverb for the apparent $600 going rate LOL

I love the simplicity and size of the Bakvendt. If you ever do another run, I'm in.

Hey just letting you ppl know I haven't abandoned this project. We'll see how things progress. I'm kinda swamped with work and planned work atm. Will do a lot of smaller workshops after summer and get some design work out of the way. If I did do another batch at some point it would probably some kind of redesign so as to make the effort more exciting.

Had some leftover time on a trip recently and decided to revisit this thing. Haven't tested anything yet, but I think both the code and graphics look promising. Hopefully I'll be able to test it some time this Autumn. Below is the current graphic displayed with a gerber viewer (won't be so colorful). The red sections would be exposed FR4 backlit by LEDs.
The system clock parameter doubles as a program selector when in momentary bypass. Additional footswitch to maximize the looping. Ditching the grain direction switch and instead offering both forward and backward granular delay/stretching. Random vibrato (MOD) to make it more lively. The core schematic for this thing is laughably simple so it was fun to see how much functionality I could squeeze into it without adding too much extra circuitry.
Feedback is welcome
