I got a bit carried away with the photoshop..

Here's a bit more of an explanation..

-The E.V.A. is a rechargeable pocket sized device that contains the C.V. component of the the Lightning Wave Modulation Interface.

Modulation waveforms and step sequences can be created on the device using the fader to track in real-time or select sequential levels respectively.

The interface allows two modes to be selected:

Auto - this loops the recording as an LFO pattern

Manual - the recording is triggered one time by the "Tap" sensor or by plugging in a standard tap tempo pedal, adapted to a 3.5mm plug.

Additional specifications:

Output:

1x 3.5mm mono - C.V. 0-5V
1x 3.5mm mono - C.V. 0-5V inverted
1x 3.5mm mono - BPM sync - V/S-trig selectable

Input:

5V to 9V DC centre-negative 2.1mm pin

1x 1x 3.5mm mono - BPM sync - V/S-trig selectable

Tap sensor - capacitive - tapped for tempo or held for sequence recording

Sub-divisions selectable between 1-8

Bypass sensor - capacitive

Tempo dial - pressed to cycle presets, held to record modes

45mm Fader

Charging:

900mAh LiPol - Charge time 5 Hours

Battery life approx. 15 hours

Oh man this sounds great. I finished my CV amplifier too so I'm even more excited to have one of these on hand

I'm having Disaster Area mill the Lwave cases and do samples for the EVA. If the holes are in the right place I'll reorder again straight away, but should be able to get 3 together in the next few weeks. I really need to stop speculating shipping dates though as it always seems to take way longer than I guess.

The packaging is sorted but I still have to reconfigure the instruction manual, which might take me half a week or so too..

MOAR SPECULATION!
MOAR INTUITIVE CONTROLS!
LESS INSTRUCTION MANUALS, AND THEREFORE INFORMED OPERATION DELIVERING QUALITY AND FULL POTENTIAL FUNCTIONALITY!

Jonny from 80 Tape personally sent me the instruction manual for my Limbo Proto.
I still don't know how to use it properly.

Haha I was ranting about how hard it is to write instruction manuals to him the other night. You should tag him :)

So is this basically a cooler, smaller more function-rich 8 Step Program? But with like, 255 steps instead of 8? ;) Very appealing

Im super keen on this, but is there a way to do power/voltage range to suit dwarfcraft shit?

My body/MS-20m is ready! :zen:

I'm not sure what the Dwarftcraft input range is. I use it on a ms10 that specifies +/-5V and still get plenty of range by only sending 0 to +5V.. Boss expression pedals appear to work between 0-3V it seems.
