RGB lightstrip device to help me improvise on guitar

Postby b3n » Fri Oct 20, 2023 5:08 am

I created a device to help me improvise with ambient sample.

Sometimes, it’s hard to know which notes can be played on a ambient sample or melody.

My gear is set like this :

Audio in parallel (main goes to the speaker, and a side audio goes to:
Audio to audio to midi notes converter device (sonuus)
Rgb light strip with notes detected
(my guitar is in C# F# B E G# C#)

The next step is to play with my kids (glockenspiel and OP1)

Sounds like a fun idea, do you have any pics of how you've set up the strip?
