Also there are several sites that will render the audio from like youtube and give you a downloadable file n shit

Some DAWs allow loopback recording, but it can be a pain to setup. Its really easy though once you set it up though because you can play the thing you want then hit record in your DAW and voilà, there it is.

Edit: This is a good sample database, but for instrument sounds. They basically recorded all the notes of a bunch of instruments. http://theremin.music.uiowa.edu/MIS.html
