For this project I also put to good use a couple of my portable 1/4" tape reel to reel recorder/players with mics making some field recordings etc.

Here's where it all began for me. This tascam 424 mkI I bought in 94ish. Still use it for small projects or for capturing ideas when i'm not at the studio. That's also an alesis sr-16 drum machine i bought around the same time. still get alot of use out it running it through my oto biscuit.

My home recording setup sucks. I need to buy less alcohol and noisey fuzz. I need dem API, Summit, Vintech pre's, and a better interface and all that shit.

Or keep buying beer and pick up a goodwill tape recorder.

Mbox 3 Mini. A super basic and portable interface that's better than my old one by quite a bit.

Recording in my apartment:

Strat - pedal board - kustom head - fender 1x12 - AKG D1200E -------- Native Instruments Komplete 6 - Logic
- Studio Projects B1 - Native Instruments Komplete 6 - Logic

I tried different spacings and in/out of phase stuff, sounds pretty good.
