Thank you for confirming my thoughts on it as well. And thank you greatly appreciate the compliment.. .they def won't. there's enough wood, glue, and screws to build a house in each one. haha.

I think those worshipper cabs look ok, but no where near a sellable item.
Maybe if they were just for friends, sure - I totally get that.
But does it need a Facebook page yet?
What guarantee or warrantee can the builder give?
They look REAAAALLY rough and I'm not trying to bash that, because they most certainly have their place and I personally enjoy a worn look.
However, when done right… it looks like well, ATLAS cabs.
And I love ATLAS cabs.

SLK, do you CNC your pieces or just measure and cut?
I've been toying with using a local CNC for a build.

I measure and cut everything myself. I just go buy the sheets as I need them. Also this way I can adjust anything if I need. Like with the 212 115 cab I'm building, I planned on it being shorter and wider.. and after I bought the 2 sheets to cover it I was thinking... hell I can go up further and go a little narrower and I'd have zero waste. So I was able to get that cab out of a single sheet of 4x8 red oak. and now i have a 2nd one that I think I'm going to do a 412 out of but as the same dimensions.

And yes exactly!!!! how you said it'd look like Atlas.. I was fucking thinking the exact same thing... I mean even the logo is similar to what he is doing. I like my worn look due to wear, not from the build itself. I give him props for doing what he can with the tools he has, but it's not on par as with you would see with Atlas, Olde Crow, or Mammoth, and hell I'd say my own. I just realized that I don't have a piece of red oak stained for the nameplate for me to mount... damnit well at least I'm cutting up that other sheet tmwr. I have enough scrap birch pieces around that I think I'll do another 412 cab in the same or similar dimensions but instead of dove/box joints I'm going to 45 it and keep it rigid box like... basically like olde crowe... going to stain it something different as well aside from the red wine I have on the 212 115 and other 412 I'll do to match that first one.

I really liked that look with the darker stains he had, I thought that was quite sexy.
Not so great on those lighter cabs, though.

I'm thinking of building a peavey 3620 clone/inspired build. It would be in that natty stained dealio everyone is doing nowadays. The 10s and the 18s would be in sepereate compartments, not sure if the originals did that or they were just one massive compartment. The 10s compartment would emulate/be the size of an ampeg fridge. Not sure if the 18s would be sealed or ported yet, because my 18s are old 70s Olson Electronic full range PA speakers, and I'm not sure if they would be better sealed or ported, may go sealed first, then add a port if needed. I would cry if anything ever happen to them, they may not be cerwin vegas, but they sound so sweet and can still rip your face off.

Yea I thought they looked neat, but as brand new custom cabs they def like homemade/used for awhile and maybe refinished. Basically if I honestly was going to buy one I'd have to be a really great price cause it's just a bit too wore for my tastes... I like wore but because I used it or it was well used, not because it was built in a limited fashion.

I refuse to buy anything reliced for this reason. I'll provide my own wear and tear thank you very much, and it will be honest battlescars from use.

For sure.
The only fender guitars I'm really attracted to are factory 'reliced', it pisses me the fuck off.
Its like, "those are the only models you offer with the options I want on the body shape I like, with the colours I love. What for do you relic, fender?"
