I like how you've focused on the areas concerned with the loading and unloading of giant cabs, heavy pedal boards and ancient tube heads. Nice :doom:
Beer and protein rule, but I'm surprised to see you aren't prescribing more milk.

Nice.
This is so that when we listen to Conan (the band) while working out we can be motivated by the fact that we can become Conan (the barbarian), right?

I don't want to let this thread die, 'cause I feel like it could soon turn into the Conan appreciation thread.
I had a coupe of days off work last week and watched the two original Arnie movies. I had forgotten how weak the second one was without Oliver stone behind the script.
Also, what the fuck was up with the mirror wizard's castle of jizz?

Yeah casting Wilt Chamberlin was crazy town...and Grace Jones, what the fuck?
It is comedy gold though, it needs to be redubbed like that other Arnie flick "Hercules goes Bananas". Hilarious.
I Still haven't seen "Red Sonja" as it is apparantly so bad Arnold himself won't even watch it. I heard they were going to reboot it with Rose McGowan, but it got scrapped. She could've made it work.

I didn't mind the new one. My standards for epic-ness in films these days is considerably lower though. The dumbass public don't have the attention span for 2.5 hours of slaying, rape, snake wizards and minimal dialogue.
Jason Momoa (sp?) is Drago/Conan/that guy from stargate. He's actually pretty cool in that kind of role. A sequel that got a bit more epic and weird would be cool, but they're gonna need Matt Pike to write the treatment and soundtrack.

Definitely.
I didn't mind the new batman franchise, which is saying a lot cause I fucking hate Heath Ledger, and he was great in that.
Every Aussie movie he was ever in that was considered awesome was due to the fact that scripts were golden and the supporting cast s amazing.
"Two Hands" doesn't star Heath Ledger, it's an amazing Aussie film that stars Brian Brown, and has a whole bunch of Heath Ledger in it.

I feel like with Game of Thrones and Walking Dead bringing the epic back to tv, people might be more accepting of epic movies again. Itd be nice to see, but I'm not holding my breath. Especially with Disney now owning the Star Wars rights....

Yeah walking dead, whilst just about my favourite show ever (I'm fucking nuts for zombies) does have massive patches where characters get brutally annoying. Friends of mine can't stand Rick, but the way I read his character is that hes basically just a normal guy, who the universe has no end of desire to fuck with. Its just a game of "how much shit can this guy take?" And you know, he is going nuts, and I like it, its real.

The only thing that would make game of thrones more amazing would be a soundtrack by HoF and Conan.

Yeah, Lucas raped my fucking childhood, I guess it can't get worse...right?

My wife really wants to see warm bodies, whats the deal?
