I just received my modded HM-2 in the mail. Plugged it in right quick before leaving for work. Sounds awesome. SUPER awesome. Absolutely tons of volume, though - even on the tamest diode settings, it was far, far above unity before 9 o'clock on the volume dial. Can't wait to fiddle with it later.

Thanks for the warm welcome. This pedal is crazy loud and way awesome. The two clipping switches have great impact on the pedal's voice, and the two mids knobs really let you dial in the sound you're looking for. Tons of gain, too - definitely usable for Entombed style tones, but I also like dialing back the treble and aiming for Jesu, too. Awesome, awesome pedal.

That sounds like exactly the kind of pedal im hoping it to be...now im even more impatient for mine to arrive!

When I plugged mine in I began bleeding from the nose, ears, and eyes as the air filled with acrid black smoke that smelled of sulfur. Then I turned it up :animal:
