Mucking around with the Warmjet and a Zvex Seek Wah today and decided to do a little demo to highlight just how good the tone control on these things is. Fuzz and bias controls are set and left alone (fuzz is set at around 3 o'clock). Tone starts off at 12 o'clock then runs through the whole range. Tone is then backed off a little when the Seek Wah comes in, sounding almost like an auto-wah (until it goes mental at the end).
Jazzmaster AV 65 (bridge pup) into the Seek Wah into the Warmjet into a Vox AC4TV. Recorded straight into an iPad.

(Anybody know how to embed a private sound from Soundcloud? You're supposed to be able to do it but it won't work for me.)

Also did a bunch of rough and ready demos with my Firebird back when I first got the pedal - lots more fiddling with bias controls and other settings and plenty of dodgy Eno riffs. Also on Soundcloud:

Awesome news Ian! I'll keep an eye out, and hopefully have some cash to snag both kits!

Do I need to? Ian's linked to them off his Facebook page and folks can get to them from here, so I figured that would serve the purpose (ie, so fuzz lovers can hear the nosie and Ian can sell shitloads of pedals). Does making them public do anything else, aside from them letting me embed them here?

No, you don't need to, but I just became your follower on Soundcloud.

Not that that matters either because I can't even remember the last time I signed into Soundcloud before today.

no problem, I make them to order so there is about a 4 week wait at the moment, PCB version is £150, Tagboard version is £200, both plus shipping.
The case design is for the PCB version, I didn't anticipate doing more tagboard builds but have ended up doing them anyway! so the controls have to be higher and the biases are on the side.
email me - info AT ghosteffects.co.uk or PM me
I finished a tag version this week actually!
