Ct5 not working

Ct5 not working

So a while ago I purchased a Ct5 from Scott and after a week or so it stopped working.
I emailed Scott and got a prompt reply about sending it back. Life took over and it got pushed down the list of priorities and never got sent back for repairs. The email I received from Scott also got lost in the shuffle.
I emailed him a few days ago and haven't heard back. I got it all packed up and ready to go and customs form filled out but not sure where to send it to or any other protocols I might need to follow in regards to packaging/forms etc.
Just not sure how to proceed and would really like to start digging into this thing and incorporating it in my music.
Any and all help is appreciated.

Maybe try waiting until you hear back from him? :idk:

(You could always e-mail him again just to make sure that last e-mail didn't slip through the cracks?)

im not sure exactly who you are but all repairs we currently have in house should be done within a week or so. if you email me directly with your name etc i can probably be more specific.
