Ct5 not working

Postby *J* » Thu Sep 14, 2017 7:46 am

So a while ago I purchased a Ct5 from Scott and after a month or two it stopped working.
I emailed Scott and got a prompt reply about sending it back. Life took over and it got pushed down the list of priorities and never got sent back for repairs. The email I received from Scott also got lost in the shuffle.
I emailed him a few days ago and haven't heard back. I got it all packed up and ready to go and customs form filled out but not sure where to send it to or any other protocols I might need to follow in regards to packaging/forms etc.
Just not sure how to proceed and would really like to start digging into this thing and incorporating it in my music.
Any and all help is appreciated.

Maybe try waiting until you hear back from him? :idk:

(You could always e-mail him again just to make sure that last e-mail didn't slip through the cracks?)

So after watching Nels Cline tonight at National Sawdust in Brooklyn
And hearing him put the Ct5 through its paces.
I gotta say. It doesn’t matter that I’ll never get it back.
That shit gets gimmicky real quick.
And I Love Nels Cline.

ftr and for those who watch all the daily soaps

*J* returned unit, main board melted down, most likely due to a powering issue, so we offer the normal 50 dollar shipped back repair with brand new main board etc, which at first *J* seemed interested in, later however he was not and did not feel he had improperly used the device and that therefore he should not have to pay nay repair fees, fair enough.

upon offering my cell number and a time range to call to discuss the problem since the email communication seemed to be heading in a negative direction, i never heard from *J* via phone email or otherwise. the end until today i guess. if you want your unit back as is we have no issue returning it as is but never heard from you after my last email on Oct 13, 2017 which seems to have concluded the email thread started oct 5.

you're still more than welcome to call at the hours mentioned in said email or simply reply via email anytime

happy holidays!

his loss. you've repaired my older ct5 twice and always have sent it back insanely fast considering it has to go to canada and back. You didn't even charge me anything either, even after my friend rolled a drum on top of it. :picard: :!!!:
