WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

Obviously if I introduced color into the mix, the shirts will be more expensive than just using black.

I agree. I think for the sake of the shirts not being astronomically expensive I might keep it to one color, whether that be black on blue shirts, red on navy shirts, white on navy shirts, etc etc. If I did a combo like that it would keep the cost down.
