Anyone know where I could score the jaguar switchplate routed for a tele switch, like on Johnny Marr's jaguar? Or, would someone be able to fabricate two of them? I've found one place selling them for $40 apiece, but I was hoping to find a somewhat cheaper solution. Thanks.

if you want a bootleg solution thats really cheap you could buy some stock steel from home depot and hacksaw/dremel one, I made this one for really cheap as I didn't want to spend the 40-50 bucks (if you have access to a dremel)

I think there was also someone on the offset guitars forum that builds these things. I've never posted enough there to see their marketplace though.

That was sort of a one-off thing from Paul Rhoney (the guy who makes Rhoney guitars), I think.

Jaime from the Creamery in the UK was going to make some too I believe. And it looks like Tone-Guard has sold some on Reverb in the past. (Knowing Wayne / Tone-Guard, I'm sure he has the templates and tooling in place to make more.)

It sucks you used to be able to buy the actual fender part for like 18 bucks but its not available to buy anymore.
