The progress pics of these has been super crazy to watch. Good shit Mudfuzz.

How difficult was it to actually put the two bodies together?

That depends on what tools you have on hand, I have a jointer so for me it was draw some lines, cut them out on a bandsaw, clean the gluing edge up with a jointer, sand a bit, add glue and clamp [finding the right clamping angle took a few minutes.. clamping curvy round shit sucks].. so.. I think it took me under a half hour… there are other ways to do it but they would take longer :idk: the only issue with this project is OLP for some sick reason made all their guitar bodies about 3/16" thinker than their bass bodies :picard: so that is what the bondo on the seam is for.. I'm making it so that it gradually thickens instead of a step..

I gotcha. Was wondering about the body thickness. Looking clean as fuck so far tho, jealous!

The low tech way would be to cut them with a skillsaw [straighter over all cut] and tape/clamp the two bodies together like a sandwich with the cut sides as close to lined up as you can and then get some heavy sand paper and attach it to a flat surface and sand both halves at the same time, this should make them pretty straight and have them match :idk:

also a warning to all you kiddies! only do this to guitars that should have terrible things done to them.

Agreed! Love shit like this. Turning those POS Adam Le-whatever guitars in monsters. Dig it.

That looks so intense, and so cool! Also created some 12-string gas.

 Thanks! I still need to actually set the thing up but, if anyone really wants the thing I'd be open to sell/trade it pretty cheep.. just keep in mind I build experiments not PRSs [I just don't have the time / resources ATM] :idk:

I'd def be into owning that. The US>Sweden shipping will probably be way expensive and kind of needs a hard case, which bumps up the price a bit. If it's still there whenever I move to the US I'll be down
