$2300 guitar mad money - what would you buy?

I could never spend more than $600 on a single guitar. I wouldn't be able to play it. I barely touch even my MIM Strat because I'm afraid of doing something to it. I like cheap old guitars like the Korean old Korean Squiers, Teiscos, Kay, and Harmonys. But thats just me.

Once you have one for awhile you kinda lose appreciation for how much it cost/ stop treating it like furniture and play it . Not to be a spoiled rich kid or anything it's just I don't think i treat my les paul studio any different to a cheapie squire now that i'm not afraid it will break into a thousand pieces. It's not like i'm going to go do guitar spins with it but i wouldn't do that in the first place because it's for douche-bags/ not that impressive.

I treat my guitars better than 90% of my furniture. Only heirlooms get respect.

Well i mean i don't abuse mine or anything but i have bumped it had some small dings and been like "What the fuck" after one of my former band members decided it needed some slight buckle rash but i mean overall i'm not worried about plated parts/pickup covers wearing or trying to keep the finish perfect.

the string spacing is just stupid on rickenbacker guitars. too close together, too close to the edge of the fretboard. the white binding looks stupid IMO. and they are over priced so the beetles fans will keep him in buisiness. my local rick dealer said the $4000 + ricks sometimes go as wall hangers for rich people to look at. he said that.

the only reason I would ever buy one is that they sound great. so I'm not totally hatin but I would never buy one
