The Nemesis has two modes that do this. One of the standard modes is an analog with bitcrusher and there's an extra mode that's tape with bitcrusher.

You know what I would love? A reverb with a sub freq boost. Something that can go from normalish reverb to huge sounding rumble reverb. Maybe with exp control of the sub freq boost to fade it in slowly.
