Now before it sells out, I have a Carbon Copy and a Holy Grail and have been thinking of snatching a Dispatch Master. Would I be better off getting this guy and selling the other pedals? Would I be doing myself a dis-service by missing out on this deal?

I think you should jump on the deal, you would have no problem selling the pedal for what you bought it for, so it's really a no lose situation.
