What kind of settings are you using?

I haven't noticed any annoying squealing with mine?
Are your pickups potted?

I'm still waiting for Blackout to come out with the Fax'd Fuzz Deluxe (using old, abandoned fax machines as the enclosure).

I use mine with stupid amounts of gain and volume and have no such problems.
Try standing further from your amp, pointing the guitar away from it, even using better shielded cables (or electronics in your guitar) may help.
Special low-frequency version.
