Most definitely agree! I won't go into details but Kyle helped me out immensely when I had my Musket jam.....definitely above and beyond in terms of customer service! Cheers guys!

Recently had a super minor issue w/my Musket, and was psyched at how Kyle hooked me up and immediately helped me resolve it w/style and balls...
Special low-frequency version.

Yes, always good customer service, only thing scary to me about Blackout Effectors is that while others claim to be "handmade', they claim to be "balls-made", and Im not touching anything someone had their balls on

Always had fast responses. Blackout is hands down my favourite pedal company. Though sadly I sold all of my stuff a while back. I have the latest Blunderbuss on the way though. That should be interesting. ;)

My band has been on tour and i havent been able to keep up with emails on the road. We'll be back later this week.

Good idea to also follow them on facebook. They actually posted about a week ago about how Kyle is on tour and there would be a disruption in email responses until the end of the month.
