he's often seen as "ambient" and/or "techno" rather than New Age, but to me Pete Namlook's Air albums are quintessential New Age music, especially Air 2.

Seems maybe right to drop this here, though it's ambiguous if it's "new age" (or "good")... but here's the video for a track from my forthcoming album:

solo (mostly ambient): https://heraclitusakimbo.bandcamp.com/
duo (electroacoustic vibration exploration): https://wenderlypark.bandcamp.com/
trio (tapes/voice/clarinet/synth/poems): https://ourwaytofall.bandcamp.com/
band (spontaneous kosmische): https://stargoon.bandcamp.com/

I also help co-ordinate Okta, ILF's collaborative community ambient project: https://okta.bandcamp.com

I've no idea if that was new age either, but I liked it :) I would've been happy if I'd recorded that.

I'm subscribed to this channel and while this's really more "ambient" than "New Age", there's some good stuff on there:

That Wilburn Burchette guy is so rad. Him and couple folks from this thread are all on this compilation "I Am the Center: Private Issue New Age Music in America 1950-1990". It's real groovy.

I tend to think of what I play AS "what I think new age should be" even if it is consider by everyone dark ambient drone... but that aside.. back when new age was big AND I liven in Sedona AZ this guy's stuff was above all the other new age crap I was forced to listen to by parents and parents friends.....
