Certainly wouldn't call myself a doom guy by any means, but have been really into Dragged Into Sunlight for years. Remember them playing in Liverpool years ago, they were just a local band then who wore balaclavas and refused to face the audience. Now they're an internationally touring, recognised and successful metal band who wear balaclavas and refuse to face the audience.
