I have been meaning to post something from Harold Vick's Caribbean Suite album, which has a (de-calyps'd) version of Jamaica Farewell...but I think the better move at this point is to post Vick's version of Parker's Barbados with some sweet percussion and seasoning by Bobby Hutcherson:
