I really could have... and should have... gone to this. My brother was at College a few blocks from there at the time.
First US appearance... 2/3 of the band are US citizens so... seems a bit much.

Also, this is a stretch but... Philly bros... did anyone go to that FULL OF HELL show last uh... October/November (I truly don't remember when it was... but I was there)? The one grind band that opened was pretty solid.

I did not go but The Body & Full of Hell collab shows were excellent.

Also that Die Choking album is, in fact, the business. Rad bad.
good deals are here.

Holy shit grindfiends, this is good. Very clear production, but it makes it all the radder for that.

More good grind.

Strangely it reminds me a little of early Strapping Young Lad at times.

Cloud Rat is one of my favorite band of that genre... Tight riffs, great drumming and a wonderful voice. "Blind River" from 2014 has so many wonderful tracks.
You're not a musician, you're a low frequencies generator!

Good deals: starcastic, multi_s, Ragged Trousers, phantasmagorovich x2, delaydecay, Aen, plotkin, TheOndrakGuy, Grandnoise, smallsnd/bgsnd, jskadiang, WtrPlyr, sp3k, AngryGoldfish, dan_abnormal, laekna x11, casperh7, FreakFlagRecordings, MEC x3, CaptainBoxman, wsf1234, durden26, Communarchy, painbeam, hipwaf, shrubber, chutneyfarmer, John, colossus, Jero, Jono, DarkAxel, Lebowsky, Eivind August, Snufkino, boneslygrifter

Sectioned, from Scotland. Not 100% grind, but lots of grind-y stuff going on amidst all the chugs and silliness.

They share a couple of members with Frontierer, who are similar, but a bit more chuggy and widdly.

Also Scottish, less technical, just fast as all hell. BOAK. Which, if you're unfamiliar with Scots slang, means vomit.

Not Scottish, or at all recent, Combatwoundedveteran. Equal parts powerviolence and grind. Or maybe more PV. I dunno. Who cares?

Stupid (mostly electronic) music - https://wulfexe.bandcamp.com

Pupil Slicer, Mirrors.

It might be the second album to end up on my best of 2021 list. It's so fucking good. It's like if Dillinger chilled out musically and got on the super fucking angry pills. Or if Napalm took all the drugs and tried to start a Dillinger cover band.

Boak really are fantastic, excellent shout.

Also not from Scotland: the last Venemous Concept record was quite good

And their Covers EP from this month is great too:

Venomous concept are great. But they’re kinda... punk?

I’ve been having a real hard time checking out a band called “Pupil Slicer”, I find it’s a very bad band name. Definitely a little too “crisp” for my tastes.

Really been digging preview tracks from “Sick Sinus Syndrome” which is some sloppy gross goregrind - I think they’re Czech?

[borat voice] VERY NICE!!
