Spiritualized was fucking brilliant. best thing i've seen this year, and i've seen Radiohead, MBV, Slowdive, and U2 among others. catch them next year if you can...Jason's been hinting that he's going to hang it up soon. my eyesight isn't the best, but from where i was it looked like Jason, a five piece band with two guitarists, six horns, eight string players, a ten-person gospel choir plus director in long white robes, and a female percussionist with the whole Ray Cooper array including tympani.

I bought tickets to desertfest 2019 a couple of days ago so I'm psyched about that. And I still have a lot of great october/november gigs to go to (Low, Pigsx7, Ought, Pixes and more)
