So I'm hella bored at work just browsing the internet because that's all I really have to do. Give me some new music to listen to. I like:

Best death metal album... possibly ever? Yes.
Who cares, just zone out and let a state of zen like calm take over you. It's only really technical if you listen for the technicality. So just don't.
And as a bonus the production is freaking awesome on it.

I dipped out early so I'm saving these for tomorrow! But I will say the best death metal album ever is definitely Resurrection Through Carnage by Bloodbath, every riff on that album is just fucking UGHHHHH

This guitarist, Asa Osborne, is my biggest influence. Very droney is his circular, repetitive riffs. This band completely changed my outlook on music when I first heard them in 1992.

The thing I've learned in the past 7 or so years seeing a bunch of shows with "older" guys, is that they come out and bust shit out like it is nobody's business. They can do it in their sleep. Nick Lowe was a consummate professional. Pretty much a clinic.
