Behringer is currently dealing with the fallout of a labor strike in China and the revelation that last year they took Dave Smith, an employee, and several message board posters to court for libel. Will this actually hurt them, or are they becoming too big to fail?
Since Behringer is suing anyone who would dare to question their conduct and business practices, I've decided to keep my thoughts on Behringer off this board, since I don't want Tom or anyone associated with this board to face legal ramifications. I do, however, encourage people to read up on what Behringer is up to around the world, as they try to silence any public criticism or discussion of their business culture.

I'm sure a lot of people will skip this, or get lost in minutia, rather than absorbing the central themes. Nonetheless, I'm sharing it anyway. Happy Wednesday, pedal people.
