I really just have to be my own stereotype and say timebender but oh well

A non-exhaustive list of delays that get weird. I've been loose with the definition of 'delay'. There are many omissions, most certainly, but I've become bored with compiling this list. Some of these are impossible to find and some aren't out in the world yet, so that should give you some hunting fun.

Nice comprehensive list there!

One pedal I haven't seen mentioned is the Paradox Oniric-That's supposed to get pretty weird, right?

Yeah, it has semi random modulation (whatever that means lol) and second version has an FX loop.

OP and dsmnableman:
Ezhi & Aka Tape isn't a delay btw. It's a compressor with pitch and amplitude modulation. You're thinking of the Moomindrone.

Use ring mod and some signals or feedback loops and dsd-2.

Dsd-2 and ring mod.

Run dsd-2 in parallel then ring mod to original signal.

Run squarewave lfo into gigadelay to cycle presets...add second lfo via ring mod for more fun

Also the Koma Elektronik one had an FX loop IIRC.

Good news and bad news from this thread:

The good news is that I have 9 of the pedals on damnableman's list ;)

The good news is that thanks to echorec an EHX 8 Step Program has gone on my wishlist.

There is no bad news.

Sonus Fluxa makes some weird delays. I’m a huge fan of the Echo Degrader though. It’s so gnarly.

Too late, GAS is already too strong. Not that I'll be able to find a used one that fits my shitty budget though. It's a bit overkill for me, if only I could trade in a couple of modes for a couple of $ :idk:

Srry to hijack the thread, but if anyone knows of a slightly cheaper alternative for the BIT mode...enlighten me pls :hello:
