That's why they told Ryan to change the name of his pedal. What a bunch of cock suckers.

Maybe someone has always wanted a 10-min looper with sliced fruit on it. I'm not here to judge them.
echorec wrote:If I was affiliated with ProCo, and I saw someone also using Rat in the name of their pedal, I would ask them (in a reasonably professional manner) to change the name, too. I don't think that's an outrageous or rude thing to do.

Overall it sorta seems like they're just expanding the AVRI range with all of these? In terms of overall quality and sound, I've thought the AVRIs as of late have been the best offerings by Fender. To me, they play as well as the CS guitars without the huge price tag or corny feel that "this is trying to be something it's not," as in no matter how convincingly distressed a guitar is, it's not really vintage. I think some relic-ing is fine, but the inherent phoniness of the CS strat I owned was why I ultimately sold it.
Anyway, I like the looks of these new models... whether or not they'll sell is TBD, but I bet they'll feel good.
The AVRIs are gone. These are replacing them

I don't think I've ever actually played a Carl Martin pedal. I've seen them super cheap used on the Internet forever, but hardly ever run across them irl. Seem to recall a couple having a little cachet back on HCFX 15 years ago, the Hot Drive'n Boost and Delayla, maybe.

That's cool except for the one core part... I used to have a UAD solo and it couldn't handle much at all. Even the Quad I have now can get maxed pretty easily working on a standard mix. People gonna have to be printin' some trax
