In-ear monitors

Can anyone recommend me a good in-ear monitoring system that won't break the bank? I want to get my band to start playing to a click track, and I want to synchronise my loops with the click, so I reckon we're gonna need some monitoring.

Welll unfortunately in ear monitor systems are pretty expensive
