That looks nice. I built a vibro champ head clone and I was thinking to make it into a combo like the original, but with a 12 or a 15. Every time I see someone's project come out pretty decent I get more confidence! From the pics it looks like you just lap joined the boards? Did you use a reinforcement on in the inside? What do they call that.. a tenon ?

Just butt joints held together with 3 screws. The baffle is held on by some L brackets. Honestly, it couldn't handle years of touring, but for the average joe it's perfect.

Mississippi Marshal!!!!

The video below is 50% volume with the amp and cab running. Pretty clean!

sorry about the verticalness. it's the only way i could get the amp and pedalboard in the same shot without someone holding the camera

I'm an average Joe! :thumb:
Yeah I'll probably go after this a little more seriously once I get done moving and can use the Table saw again!

With "Mississippi Marshall" I was expecting some hair metal licks but instead I got pitch-shifting bloops. (Bloops rule.)

Well it does that too, but the point of this amp, for me, is for cleans. I'll get a dirty one tomorrow!

The input jack was a little wonky so peterbregman told me how to fix it.

the swag fairy also came through yesterday and I was playing with the Mattoverse Fuzzy Gates

late to the party, but there is info around the web about this style cab. they're the cheap version of the hard trucker cabs, and others seem to think they're pretty easy to build

http://www.soundscaperproductions.com/

i use their 1x12s and like them. tiny but very even sound dispersion, so you can stick it pretty much anywhere on a tight stage
