Looking at my board, I realized that almost half my pedals are black. I need to up my game yo.

Nah, too easy. Most of my peds are black. The rest is blue though. Wake me up when there's a "the family that blues together, screws together" thread.

Better yet, I'l start it myself as soon as I found a good deal for an Avalance Run, and found a pre-modded blue box :excellent:

Indeed! I have an HM-2 on the other side/chain of a stereo setup, love those two together. The direct setting on the second output doesn't work, will have to try an replace that switch.

Direct is just a clean signal, loud, from what I remember. Maybe they thought people would use it as a clean DI box-type signal? Not sure.

You could probably just short it internally to which ever side you prefer.
