Has anyone here had an issue ordering from them before? I placed an order for one the new Judders over a month ago and despite emailing them and using the chat feature on their site I haven't heard anything back regarding the status of it (still listed as "order placed" by the link that was provided in my confirmation email). I’m not trying to put anyone blast but would like to hear others experience with ordering from them so I can determine whether it's time to file a claim through PayPal in order to get my money back on an as of yet non-existent pedal. Thanks in advance.
I had a similar experience with MWFX. I placed an order for a Judder, the website said they were in stock. He wouldn't return emails or messages through his site. Eventually it shipped after about 6 weeks. Got hit with a giant customs fee when it arrived because of the shipping method.
I spoke to Matt about my glitch order exactly 2 weeks ago today via email. I get the impression his day job is very demanding on his time and energy, and that it would probably be much easier for him to pack MWFX in altogether, but he continues with it for the love of fx. He's not a bad guy at all, you just need to be prepared to be patient.

i had some big problems with an order a few years back. after a month or two of sparse/no contact, i got a refund through paypal. over a year later i brought it up on another forum in a thread about ordering from him, and he saw it/felt so bad about what happened when he looked back and realized, he sent me a free pedal.
he went so above and beyond to make right by the situation that had long since passed i feel bad even bringing it up. communication lapses are frustrating, but i really don't think it's anything malicious.
