Yeah, I was so into it when I saw the news months ago, but I think that I've completely forgot the addiction to buy it.
Is buying the big one and keeping a Voodoo Lab PP 2+ (lots of pedals indeed) a good idea? Has anybody experienced that?

With that much current from each output you wouldn't need another power supply. You could run a daisy chain to upwards of 10 normal current demand pedals (dirt pedals, simple delays, modulation, etc...) off every one of those taps and still be fine as long as the pedals got along well on the same power supply line.

Really that amount of current is ridiculous. You could power 100 (literally) pedals from that unit.

Hmmm. So one Zuma to rule them all then, with Ojai minions if needed.

Yeah I daisy chained like a dozen pedals off the little strymon unit with no noise a few weeks ago. Just had a delay that needs proper isolation and then a few chains.

Limbo iii is incredible. I've gone through a bunch of nice delays over the last couple years and it has a really special place in my heart.

I play bass in a band. This is not that board.

This is my 'closet guitar player stereo rig'

It's great! Wonderfully chewy. I need to mess with the octave switch some more, though.
Maybe I can record some clips tomorrow.

@vidret Both I guess hahaha. I personally love my board. I love stacking muff's with reverb. I've been watching the website for a few weeks, and finally decided to make an account. Can't wait to have time to post my amps and cabs when I get the chance. :)

So many fucking amazing boards being posted everyday. I want to give props to every single one, but I'm such a lazy bastid and don't want to come off as spammer.

Here's a great big, all-encompassing hug instead:

Also, welcome Carl!

braaandooon wrote:Haven't tried the demo tape fuzz, although I know that and the gs-30 are based on the same piece of kit.

I would say they are a bit different though. The tascam offers more eq'ing,(treble/mids/bass) also has a pregain boost, and a presence switch, it gets loud.

Medicine actually has a post on their facebook page from last night, about the demo tape fuzz, saying, "close but no cigar" and figure they'd be in the know for whats its worth.

I suck at clips and have posted only 1, during my stay here on ILF, but could try to wrangle up somthing.

Blah, missed your reply. Thanks for the follow up. No worries - I can't rarely be arsed to record anymore too. Did you end up selling yours, btw?

I recently received a Demo Tape Fuzz and it's the bees knees thus far, but I still need to spend some time with it. Of course, I have to keep in mind that I won't get that exact blown out Tascam 4-track fuzz through a guitar amp.

Both larger boards on the prev page look like legit fun. I really need to quit slackin and get a DL-8.
