Do you think she'll actually repay everyone? I don't doubt that she wants to and thinks it's the right thing to do, but considering that she has no legal obligation to, I feel like if I were in her position, it's something I would probably end up giving up on.

I wasn't in on the Kickstarter, but it's always a bummer when an ambitious creative project of any sort falls through. I hope that whoever bought DE:fx keeps building the US - I still need to get a replacement for the one I traded ages ago.

I kind of hope that Infanem picked up DE:fx. What they did with the ID was pretty awesome, I wouldn't mind seeing a revamp of all of her stuff.

This was coming from a long way. I hope she somehow manages to settle with the people that invested in it. And that message was remarkably matter-of-fact and non-drama.

Any takers for the Console design she posted? I still don't see any point in it, but other people seem to do.

Since Ken was pretty far into the design, maybe the new owners of the company will back him finishing it...

I thought about that as well. It seems like Devi ran out of money to pay Ken to finish it. I think it would be a great thing if Ken did finish it, but I don't feel like he is obligated at all to actually finish it since he's got his own thing going.

I originally invested in a single cart console. I guess I need to email about getting my money back. Because I really don't want Devi credit to get a Devi pedal.

Oh, he's definitely not obligated, since he was a contractor. He just does great work, so I'm hoping that someone with deep pockets will pick it up and contract him to finish it (again, partially just because I hate to think of ambitious creative/design projects languishing when a budget gives out... though it is the way these things often work out).

Would be great if he did finish it. And do Kenfinem style chrome and black graphics on it. Just sayin', I'd wait another year for that

Half the budget of the Console kickstarter has been spent on actual Console design work, and the other half was mismanaged and end up getting eaten up by business and personal expenses over the course of the past two years.
