I remember when I was a kid and there was a brand of "SPY GEAR" toys, shit like IR motion detectors to LET YOU KNOW WHEN INTRUDERS ATTEMPT TO INFILTRATE YOUR ROOM, 90s ski shades with a camera, 3-second voice recorder, all marketed using 12 year old boys with that blonde hair gel guy fieri thing.
Anyway, that thing is a far cry from that tacky bullshit we were brainwashed to think was cool.

Oooh nice. Ive been doing something similar with battery powered setup and mixer running into an Olympus sr11 stereo microcassette recorder, but it's quite the other end of the spectrum from nagra, the wow and flutter is insane but that's all part of the charm really

Could well be an old film projector amp or small room single channel PA or the like, or you could be the king of accordians!
