If you were to equate it to something raping something else, what would those two things be?
my brain raping your ears!!!
i dont know, a humpback whale raping a brontosaurus maybe???
in the proper order fuzzhuggers stack very very well! when i was figuring out the signal order for the fuzzhuggasaurus i moved just about every fuzzhugger i had around to every possible combination and i found po>db>ab-synth>wc to be all i really need. however, my needs change by the second!!!
i will try to make some audio clips tonight if i have time before the mighy blackhawks!
I have a Russian Muff, Blue Box, that Fender Blender clone I had built, and a DE Soda Mesier lying around somewhere.
They're all great pedals though. I just find it hard to figure into my music. Which I kind of hate since I've been playing TOOBY tones on my modeler and little TOOB amp instead of getting all gritty. A lot of crazy fuzzes, as well as the more mild fuzzes, don't appeal to me as much at all anymore(Except for the Fender Blender which is totally fucking Boss). I think I'm looking for a balance in between. The Soda Meiser kind of came close to that, but I found it near impossible to use in a band/jamming situation. The EQ and gain structure don't lead themselves that well to working with my amps.
I have a MK II op amp Big Muff w/ tone bypass and a Swollen Pickle Fuzz, and I want to buy a Fuzz War perhaps....... I mean I go into the boutique store and I want to buy like 200 pedals..... but I really like the Fuzz War....... I might sell the Swollen Pickle though, or trade it.......
Dear god that was insane. You might have just sold me on the entire Fuzzhugger line. I mean, the oscillation...
Thanks for that.
no problem man! that was alot of fun last night! i tried to remember the order i turned them on but man...
you cant go wrong with any fuzzhuggers! imo tom makes the best fuzz pedals out there. hey, they sound like what i hear in my head and that is the important thing! i am in love with the velcroscillator. there are only a few out there and i was lucky enough to pry it out of my friends hands!!!
hey, if you ever have any questions about fuzzhugger pedals feel free to pm or email me. i am happy to talk about them and i could do quck clips if you want. i have even done some bass clips for mudfuzz and steevdeadman! there are a bunch of other clips on my sound cloud page and they all have some degree of fuzzhugger in them!
