BitQuest with . . . BitQuest

Postby Paul_C » Fri Oct 06, 2017 12:36 pm

Any one got any videos or sound clips ?

I love what the BitQuest does to every other pedal I have, but what does one great/mad BitQuest sound do when put through a second BitQuest ?

It's only a matter of time before I buy one and find out for myself, but if there's something out there to encourage me . . .

Of course the next thread will be "Has anyone tried three BitQuests ? " but that'll have to wait a little longer ;)

Oh, but don't forget the lustrous UC!

I have two BitQuest! But, no examples of them together. :erm:

Many thanks for those :)

Here's a clip someone made using a BitQuest and a DOD Rubberneck delay.

I have two BitQuests on my board, and it in no way feels like overkill or overlap. If you've got the scratch and you're already considering it then you should do it.

I did reach a point where I couldn't think of another pedal that I wanted or needed apart from a second BitQuest, so I bought a Syntax Error, a CT5 and a Particle ;)

Once pedal buying funds have built up again I shall have a second BitQuest, though I'd like a Drolo Stamm[n], or a Catalinbread Zero Point Flanger, or a . . .

I've done it at last !

My second BitQuest arrived this morning and has already been added to the chain.

All I've done so far is adjust the settings to match the other one and see how similar they sound (very), then try them both together either in the same mode or different ones, leaving all the knobs alone.

It's all I hoped for and more, and that's only the beginning - I could probably spend the whole of 2018 with just the two of them and still not find all of what's possible :)

So my top three wants for next year might might have to be changed to Data Corrupter / CT5 #2 / BitQuest #3 . . .

Awesome! Two BQs makes so much sense.

I want an 8 pedal, all BQ board.
