I'm French so it was kinda hard to get a hold of Dr.Scientist products but someway I managed to get these two little beauties thanks to the wonders of internet.
It's been a week since I got them and I LOVE them so much, It's so much fun.

Just read the manual online and saw for the first time, that there is a bass trim pot inside! Has anyone played with that yet?

Haven't realized that yet, i will try it. I find the Frazz to be a bit bassheavy with my rig when i turn the sizzle back. Maybe this helps..

From the website
"Bass:+/-15dB peaking filter centred at 100Hz, cut or boost the bass of the signal"
From the manual
"Inside the box, on the pcb, there's a little trimpot that controls the bass output of the Frazz. I have it set for a moderate amount of bass but you can twiddle it down to cut some bass or twiddle it up to add some bass, depending on your rig or your band's needs."
Maybe that's new? That was the first time I heard/read about it too.

I've been putting that trimpot on the last version of the pcb, last 150 or so builds maybe? It's on the output and it can cut or boost so you can make the pedal boomy or make it thin. Uli, if you like doing pedal mods or have a buddy who does, you can remove one 100k resistor and hack in a trimpot and be able to cut the boominess.

Finally pulled the trigger on a Frazz! This will be the fourth Dr. Scientist pedal on my board purchased within the last year (Elements, Cosmi, & Tremolessence). They are just too good to stop. I can't tell you what a pleasure it has been using these pedals. True beauties inside and out. Tele is getting the pickups upgraded and should be done just around the time the Frazz will arrive. Thanks Ryan and Tanya for the amazing products and unparalleled customer service!

You will love your fraz!
I actually dig mine more and more the longer I have it. It's unlike any other fuzz out there.
