sweet demo, pumpkinpieces.

as far as not fitting into one's normal music, i always justify all my pedals by using them for inspiration to write music beyond my norm.

A good choice, I traded a clarinot for it and overall I think the fuzz of the clarinot and its more sporadic nature suited my wacky wants more. And it was rather redundant with my memory boy's chorus capabilities. I plan on picking up another clarinot soon enough. :excellent:

Great demo! I dig my pitch pirate a lot but use it very sparingly. I think it's suited more for funky intro/outtro/background stuff than as a predominant sound. IMHO the real worbly stuff can get a bit taxing on the ears for long durations.

Oh man, this video is awesome. I really like all the crazy sounds of the pitch pirate a little more than the delayed insanity of the clari(not), but the fuzz is awesome on it. Also, 7:40ish is ultra awesome. Seasick, yet you can make out the original notes a little bit. :thumb:

My favorite setting on the pitch pirate was a light vibrato, about 1/3 on the wave knob to make it a little lumpy
made a beautiful awkward, warped tape sound
